My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the location was convenient near the north entrance of Wenatchee and Starbucks. However, the cleanliness around the area was concerning with trash scattered about. The hotel was pet-friendly, but the outside environment felt unsanitary. The service was friendly and welcoming at the reception desk, but there was a miscommunication regarding charges. The dining options were good, especially the Sicilian pastry, but the hotel lacked control over rowdy guests, allowing children to be disruptive late at night. Overall, a stay at La Quinta in Wenatchee during the Holiday season was satisfactory yet with notable downsides.

Rooms
6.0
The room was unclean initially, but I was promptly moved to another one which improved the experience. The presence of noisy football players on the 1st floor was disruptive and management didn't address the situation effectively. The room seemed to lack a comfortable chair, making relaxation challenging.
Service
7.0
The staff, especially at the reception desk, were very friendly and helpful. However, there was an issue with incorrect charging which caused a bit of inconvenience.
Location
5.0
The proximity to the north entrance of Wenatchee and Starbucks made it convenient for my stay. However, the surroundings were not well-maintained and felt unsanitary.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was pleasant with a good variety of buffet options, and the staff ensured everything was well-maintained. The Sicilian pastry was a standout. However, due to the number of guests, it felt crowded and slightly chaotic.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel's facilities were standard and met expectations, with the usual self-serve buffet choices and attentive staff. Nothing exceptional but satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was great, close to many amenities, but the room had a lingering cigarette smell and pet hairs triggering my allergies. The check-in delay was disappointing, and the dining options left much to be desired, although the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Rooms
6.0
The room had a faint but apparent cigarette smoke smell, likely from before the nonsmoking laws, and the presence of animal hairs exacerbated my allergies.
Service
7.0
The staff, although friendly, seemed unconcerned about addressing issues in the room.
Location

The hotel rooms were very reasonable and clean, although some noise from the main road was disturbing. The pool was lovely but overcrowded with unsupervised kids, leading to safety concerns. The staff were friendly and helpful overall but seemed overly strict about breakfast hand sanitizing. The location was convenient on the city's entrance and in close proximity to various amenities, despite some cleanliness issues. The dining experience was average, with room for improvement in freshness. Overall, a mixed experience with both positive and negative aspects.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a good size, clean, and had all the luxuries one would expect, but the strong smell of cigarettes and animal hairs triggering my allergies was a downside. The room was supposed to be deluxe but turned out to be standard, missing the jacuzzi tub and hot tub that I was looking forward to. Overall, it could have been a little cleaner.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were a good size, clean, and had all the luxuries, but the smell of cigarettes and animal hairs triggering my allergies was a drawback. It was disappointing that the room did not meet the deluxe expectations I had with missing features like the jacuzzi tub and hot tub.
Service
6.0
The service was a mix of experiences. While some staff members were inconsiderate and felt entitled to lecture guests, others were friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Housekeeping and laundry service were satisfactory.
Location
6.0
The location of the hotel was central to most areas of Wenatchee, providing convenient access to explore the area. However, the surrounding areas were not well-maintained, with trash and unsanitary conditions, which was disappointing especially for pet owners like myself. Despite this, the hotel's proximity to neighboring Leavenworth made it a good choice for a couple of nights' stay.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience had its ups and downs. The breakfast selection was a surprise with a variety of delicious options like sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, yogurt, fruits, and coffee, providing a full meal deal. However, the supply was sometimes insufficient for the number of guests, and there were limited gluten-free options.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were satisfactory overall, but some areas could have been cleaner and better maintained to enhance the guest experience.
